What Are The Meal Plan Like?

Your meal plan will be consistent with multiple meal plans tailored to your wants but also what you NEED. This allows the client to have a wide variety of choices to choose from while also enjoying their meals as they either lose weight, build muscle, focus on increasing energy levels, or all of the above! Aside from this, a more strict approach could be taken with the client. This all depends on the program that is developed as they are always customized fitness programs.

Do I Have To Eat The Same Foods The Whole Time?

Nope! You are given a different variety of foods to choose from so it doesn’t get boring. Aside from the vastly different choices of food you have already, we work hard to try and always add different lower-calorie tasty foods to our selection.

I Have A Busy Schedule and I Don’t Have Time To Meal Prep. Will this work for me?

The foods I give you are easy enough to meal prep. Some of the questions asked on the questionnaire that you fill out after you have purchased the package, ask about your daily availability so a meal plan can be put together to make it easier. There are also various choices of easy-to-make meals in the downloadable meal kits as well. But if you are always on the go and don’t have time at night to prep some meals, the next best thing is to choose the healthiest meal choice when you are out during your day, for that meal. You want to try and stay within your calorie range as much as possible so having low-density foods, and healthier food choices, is always the best choice to make.

Do You Create Nutrition Plans For People With Dietary Restrictions?

Yes, we do! There is a vast selection of foods and choices for all dietary restrictions. You will also be able to indicate any dietary restrictions after you’ve purchased a plan.

What Type of Results Can I expect?

The educational content also goes into deeper tempo training and also on performing certain exercises with more in-depth explanations.
